Model, graphic designer and fine arts major from UP Diliman, PATRICIA HENSON, took her EIKA Swimwear to the beautiful city of Puerto Princesa in Palawan. Being very sporty as well, she would give up almost anything for the beach!
Tell us about your choice of EIKA swimwear.
My choice of EIKA swimwear just suited my personality. I'm very boyish so it didn't really have an extremely girly feel to it. It all just fit perfectly - size and personality wise.
What’s your favorite and memorable experience during your escape?
During my latest escape, the most memorable one would be snorkeling and diving deep down to have really close encounters with all the fishes in the 3 islands I visited there. It was just amazing!
Any plans for your next escape?
My next escape would still be heading the beach of course! School's coming up so I wouldn't mind spending some of my weekends with the sand, sun and sea!
What’s your dream destination, and why?
My dream destination would be El Nido - which I'm planning to visit hopefully soon. I don't need to think of a place outside the Philippines. Why look elsewhere when there's too much beauty here? Just thinking about it makes me excited.
GELA MUÑOZ is a freelance stylist, blogger, musician, and part of an upcoming all girl pop trio called "Those Girls". She took her EIKA bikini to Cagayan de Oro last summer! And you’ll see her frolicking about at the famed White Island in Camiguin.
GELA MUÑOZ is also a God, pig, and sushi lover, she's mostly known online for being the "Gelabeef". She's one part hippie chic, two parts rockstar, and not afraid to be herself (a weirdo most of the time). You can read all about her beef on her blog: Gelabeef.com.

I actually brought 3 EIKA bikinis with me, but due to the weather that time (there was a storm while we were there huhu) so I was only able to wear one of them. I picked this print on print bikini because it's so boho chic and I found the triangle peep hole oh so cool!
What’s your favorite and memorable experience during your escape?
Definitely white water rafting and visiting the White Island! I think it was meant to be that it rained during our white water rafting experience - it made it much cooler and I felt like I was in some adventure movie! You should definitely try it when you're in CDO. Plus, the White Island was beautiful!
Any plans for your next escape?
Thinking of going to Bangkok, Bali, or Palawan next! Or maybe Hong Kong again, I fell in love with HK when I went there last year.
What’s your dream destination, and why?
I would really love to go backpacking around Europe! I want to see all the gorgeous sights we see on television and in the movies for myself. I would also love to live in the States for awhile - maybe chase my dreams there as well! ;)
Who is DOMINIQUE TIU?
That's a bit difficult, I wish I could just give you some sort of descriptive or even a phrase for me to perfectly encapsulate myself as a person... but well, there are lots of aspects to me that can't be put to words. I'm Dominique Tiu, and essentially, I'm a work in progress. Fashion Blogging is my art form, so suffice to say... I live and love Fashion. More than that, however, I see myself as a "communicator"--I talk to people, I give them a slice of my world, and I ensure that I am humanized in such a public platform just so people will have someone they can "relate to."
Where did you take your EIKA swimwear?
I took my EIKA swimwear in Bellevue, Bohol! I treated my boyfriend to a post-employment vacation to this 5-star resort. I was gunning for Phuket or Bali, to be honest, but since he's leaving for further studies in Barcelona, he wanted to spend most of his time in our beautiful country instead. So I figured, why not? We've much better beaches anyway!

I got a tribal print bikini! I wanted something playful and flattering, I figured the bandeau was best
suited for my frame.
suited for my frame.
What’s your favorite and memorable experience during your escape?
The beauty of Bellevue is that it's very calm... it's not commercialized at all. The beachfront has powdery fine sand that stretches on and on and on. We spent lazy afternoons lounging by the beach beds but on one particular sunset, we took a dip and sat by the sand bar talking about anything under the sun (literally)!
Any plans for your next escape?
I was supposed to bring my boyfriend to Barcelona and we thought of doing a side trip to Ibiza but being recently employed, I don't think I can join him. Hopefully however, I can take a trip with friends to a nearby beach within our country.
What’s your dream destination, and why?
Maldives, hands down!

MARIEL W (aka Wicked Ying) is a personal style blogger, social media junkie, pizza-lover, and a chronic shoe addict from Butuan City. She took her EIKA Swimwear to Siargao last April for a quick Holy Week vacay!
Tell us about your choice of EIKA swimwear.
I brought 2 EIKA swimwear sets with me. They’re both bandeau style which is perfect for girls with petite body frames. One is a mix of color and prints while the other is in black with cute details to match.
What’s your favorite and memorable experience during your escape?
I've always loved the beach and it was my first time to explore what Siargao has to offer. It was definitely cool to experience island living for a week, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Meeting new people, beach during the day, and bar hopping at night was sure fun.
Any plans for your next escape?
Nothing is final yet but we're planning to head back there again to watch the annual surfing competition this September.
What’s your dream destination, and why?
In the Philippines, Palawan. In other parts of the world, maybe Maldives.
